BlackStreams.TV provides access to IPTV streaming services. Subscriptions grant personal, non-transferable access to our service.

2. Acceptable Use

You may not: resell or redistribute your credentials, use the service for commercial broadcasting, share your account with multiple households, or use the service for illegal purposes.

3. Payment & Refunds

All subscriptions are billed in advance. We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for new subscriptions. No refunds for renewals unless technically faulty.

4. Service Availability

We target 99.9% uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance will be announced 24 hours in advance.

5. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms without refund. Users may cancel at any time.
